Skill Shift Virtual is a fully online workforce development program designed to equip historically excluded youth and adults with the digital skills, professional tools, and employer connections needed to secure sustainable careers in remote friendly industries.
The program is built for individuals navigating transportation barriers, disability related limitations, caregiving responsibilities, rural isolation, or other structural challenges that limit access to traditional in person training. By delivering structured, high quality workforce preparation entirely online, Skill Shift Virtual removes geographic and physical barriers while expanding access to competitive employment pathways.
