Hope Empowered
Hope Empowered is a year long workforce advancement and mentorship program that merges mental health aware career support with targeted technology pathway development. The program is designed to support individuals living with mental health challenges while intentionally creating structured entry and advancement pathways for Black women in the tech workforce.
Hope Empowered recognizes that mental health stigma, racial inequity, and underrepresentation in high growth industries often intersect. Rather than addressing these barriers separately, the program creates an integrated pathway that combines mentorship, tech training, employer partnerships, and community support.
This is not short term job placement. It is long term career positioning.
