Ms. Rhonda Parker a certified EC-12 Educator, currently a doctoral candidate (2021 ) holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education, B.S. in Rehabilitation Studies emphasis (psychology and sociology). She received a Resolution from the State of Texas as an Outstanding Contributor to Education for the Dallas Independent School District.

Rhonda completed a Fellowship with the Department of Education. She is a licensed Food Baker with expertise as an Employment Consultant, General/Special Education Teacher, Retail Trainer, and Educational Consultant.
