Restore and Renew uses local cleaning services that offer 1 free cleaning service a year to those in need. You will also be connected to an online community where you can get help with cleaning tips and long-term support. Participants in Restore and Renew are also eligible for Hope from Home, a 1 on 1 mentorship program that will assist in helping to find a remote job.

Who We Are:
-A free home cleaning program that is focused on supporting those that live with mental health challenges with cleaning help.
-A empathic and discrete program that helps you to restore and renew.
-Help support individuals struggling with mental health get to a place of stability in their life
-A program that stands for total inclusivity regardless of one’s background or struggles
-We are a diverse group of passionate individuals who want to positively impact the lives of those struggling with their mental health
Why We Created Program:
We know that one of the hardest things to do when you are suffering from mental illness is to keep a clean environment. This program was created to help prevent evictions and help those that are struggling.
According to an article by Erin Doland which referenced the study, When your environment is cluttered, the chaos restricts your ability to focus. The clutter also limits your brain’s ability to process information. Clutter makes you distracted and unable to process information as well as you do in an uncluttered, organized, and serene environment. - Have to be at least 18
- Must be willing to work with cleaning services
- Must agree to photo release (we will not take photos of your face or share who you are)
- Must live with mental health challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiaL
